Hi, if you don't mind me asking, when will you begin your fellowship?
18th of august

If I may ask please, do you have the data sheet and grant agreement together as a whole document or it is separated?
Thanks in anticipation of your response

In our case, we submitted the GAP signed by the host institution. And waiting for the EU to sign the same! From the host intuition's side they sent a host agreement! anyone received anything of the kind!

Have any of you heard anything from EU? I haven't received anything yet...

Hi everyone,

From what I know, it is not possible to have any other contracts if you win a Marie Curie. Please correct me if I am wrong. I was only wondering if it is possible to add external collaborators (e.g. other labs you might collaborate with) before signing the GA…

Thanks

Does anyone know if the starting date to start the fellowship is flexible even after you have provided a specific starting date in the GAP form? I was told by the University that I can provide any starting date I want (ofcourse before Sep 1st 2023); say June 1st 2023, and if needed, the fellowship can be started before the provided date (say 1st Jan 2023!) . Is this actually possible?

Hi, guys! Just a brief question: does your Project Officer answer quickly to your messages? We've sent a message about 10 days ago, sent a reminder a couple of days ago and we still haven't received an answer. I have no idea if they're on vacation, they do not see the messages or simply do not have the time to answer. What was your experience?

Mine gets back to us immediately. She also assures us that our messages through the communication tool are always read on time. Perhaps this is our luck bu the summer vacation needs to be taken into account also.

Thank you so much for your answer, emancipatedcity! Our PO was quite quick to answer as well to our first messages. But then this happened... I'm guessing she's on vacation, but an out of office would have been nice, though. Or temporarily being reassigned to another PO. Having to wait almost two weeks (so far) for an answer (to an uncomplicated question) is not that fun...
