From my side no new info. Any update from other NCPs?
Only related to "Reserve list" Q&A 2022
Re: Only related to "Reserve list" Q&A 2022
Hello guys, I just got a reply from Swedish NCP:
"This information is not at our disposal unfortunately. NCP:s do not get this information.
The process of grant agreement can take many months up to a year."
Re: Only related to "Reserve list" Q&A 2022
Yes, sending rejection letters to the reserve list candidates will may take a year (usually they will send a rejection letter before the deadline of next call). But sending an invitation to the next reserve list candidates will not a year delay. Since only 994 projects were signed GAP out of 1235 so far. So, initially EC will send an invitation the next reserve list candidates to fill the remaining numbers. But, sending rejection letters to the other projects (1034 projects are on the reserve list) will take a year.

How can I find the number of projects which are on the reserve list? Can I find the number for a specific panel?Praba wrote: ↑Wed May 24, 2023 12:03 pmYes, sending rejection letters to the reserve list candidates will may take a year (usually they will send a rejection letter before the deadline of next call). Here we can find the number of total projects on the reserve list.PROSCO wrote: ↑Wed May 24, 2023 1:19 pmHow can I find the number of projects which are on the reserve list? But, again we need to ask NCPs to know the exact number of projects on the reserve list in each panel.
In other way, we roughly can approximate based on the percentage of candidates selected in the each panel. For instance, 13.8% were selected in Chemistry. So roughly 13.8% of 1034 (total number of reserve list candidates) is 143 candidates. But it is just a calculation. If you ask NCPs they will give a exact number.
Re: Only related to "Reserve list" Q&A 2022
I heard from NCP that in EF-ENV there should be at least 20 UK-based projects among those funded.
Re: Only related to "Reserve list" Q&A 2022
Did they mention any timeline for sending an invitation to the reserve list candidates? In the last year, NCPs were aware of sending invitation and they informed to the reserve list people.
Re: Only related to "Reserve list" Q&A 2022
Just received a reply from my NCP:
"I was just informed that as the GAPs have now been signed, the possible reserve list candidates that will receive funding will be informed any day now (if they have not been informed yet). I am interpreting this to mean that you should know by the end of May."
