I guess everyone was expecting to receive results tomorrow  anyone from EF-CHEM panel receiving the email yet?
I am in EF-SOC, there is no news at this point.

Sorry to hear about the rejection! But you got the SOE, and that's good!
I know someone with the SOE who got it the following year. Keep it up!
do they mention SOE in the emails? i did not get any such SOE in email. will they send later? or no chance?
As far as I know, you get SOE if you score 85 or above. You should get it with 86.
Maybe it's mentioned somewhere in the evaluation papers? I hope so for you!
no nothing that sort written. Someone from WhatsApp group says they will send these in March some time

That's right! But you should get it all the same! Congrats on your Seal of Excellence!
I found this: "All proposals submitted to MSCA individual fellowships which score 85% or above and could not be funded due to a lack of budget are automatically awarded the Seal of Excellence. Certificates are awarded in March each year."

It seems that SOC and CHE were the last panels going into ranking, so they might be also the last ones finding out results..it seems they are sending out results by panel and only rejections at the moment (at least from what I can see here)

It's not called the Seal of Excellence for nothing. Your proposal is really good! That's why it gives you the right to reapply with exactly the same proposal if you like. More importantly, there are universities, at least in Europe, that give postdoctoral jobs for MSCA with just the SOE, without applying to them again. I know someone who got the SOE and was offered a job in Italy. He's loving it!

Yes, it's strange that so far, only rejections have been reported all around.

do we need to find them by searching? or do you mean the 'host universities' will be giving such positions?

As far as I know, it can be both. Maybe ask the host university first and if not, look up the SOE funding in some countries. I know that Italy and Spain offer quite a lot of such positions. I guess the NCPs there or in the host country could be of help! Best of luck!
