Personally I'm optimistic that as long as people don't flood the MSCA social media accounts and phone lines with furher questions, they will honor their promise to publish results within this working week. Which is really really soon. But wouldn't be the first time I'm wrong...

I guess the result announcement may go even beyond the deadline... indications are like that.

I doubt that people calling affects them in any way. The results are already ready it is a matter of communicating it. I am also sure there are anxious people calling every year and is not the first time. If at all they are so worried they would have some one incharge of public outreach answer calls i believe and the twitter account isnt handled by the actual people making the decision but their social media team.

Second round of ranking maybe will come before the release then.
If the evaluation people change to ranking, then the result may release soon.

Who was in contact with the Swiss NCP? Could they ask them what's the cause for the delay?

The last starting date is in September 2020 if I remember correct. It's written there in the application guidelines.
