What we have learnt from this year is that we need an applicants' repesentative with direct communication with Brussels

It would be much better if they were a bit more transparent and would just communicate with us. Not through the ncps and other people that themselves don't know much but directly. The could give a short message like we are releasing at so and so. And Kater they could come back with :we are sorry we have some delays and we need the postpone the release for so and so... This would stop all emails phonecalls and speculations....
