Can someone confirm that evaluation was below threshold??

If I'm not mistaken there were at least two "EVALUATION" people reporting that they had not reached the threshold of 70. That's what I know.

If you are "RANKING" it allegedly means that you have reached the threshold of 70 (but it is not clear funded or not).
