What ISP, the sky is the limit, at least it should be for the H2020... ;) But could be because they might be mistaken for a spammer/babbling idiot...

Why must they start at midnights? It makes me so sleepy trying to stay up to see if they start. Anyone know if they did it at a different time in the past? I know last year it started around midnight and I think they said it did the year before as well.

To have everyone received the results on the same day. Midnight is the beginning of the days and they consider 24 hours to release all the results.
